2009 Vibrant Women Awards What are the Vibrant Women Awards? An award’s ceremony that will take place annually during the Vibrant Women’s Conference that honors Vibrant Women from various Brevard County organizations, businesses and groups. Each organization or business selects one woman from its group that will be honored as the “Vibrant Woman of _________________”.
Why were the Vibrant Women Awards created? One of the goals of the Vibrant Women’s Conference is to foster a celebration of women. These awards will offer a unique and exciting way for organizations/businesses throughout Brevard County to recognize, honor and celebrate a Vibrant Woman from their group in the presence of hundreds of other women in an environment especially designed to honor, celebrate and inspire women.
What does the “Vibrant Woman Award Winner” Receive? 1) A letter of Congratulations explaining her selection for this award, an invitation to the Vibrant Women’s Conference Awards Ceremony & its process.
2) A free ticket for her & a guest to attend the Vibrant Women’s Conference ($200 value)
3) Her name and her organization's name in the event program as a Winner.
4) A beautiful, professionally designed award, engraved with her name
5) Recognition for her achievements at the Vibrant Women’s Conference Awards Ceremony.
6) A floral bouquet and photography commemoration.
What attributes should a Vibrant Woman Award winner possess? Fitting with the mission and goals of the Vibrant Women’s Conference she would demonstrate one or more of the following:
1) Provide opportunities for women to learn the latest info & success skills
2) Inspire & Empower women to be the architects of their own lives in times of change, crisis or challenge.
3) Develop leadership qualities in women through their values & passions
4) Enhance awareness of how women can improve the quality of their lives
5) Increase awareness of resources for women
6) Promote collaboration among women's organizations & businesses
7) Develop opportunities for networking
8) Bring women of diverse lifestyles and backgrounds together
9) Raise money for women's charities
10) Foster a celebration of women
How does an organization or business nominate their Award Winner? Each organization may choose its own selection process as long as their winner possesses, within that organization, the attributes listed above. Once they have selected this “Vibrant Woman of ________” then they submit her name via an email to youarevibrant@earthlink.net and a paragraph of 120 words or less describing why she was selected for this award NO PHOTO needed an administrative fee of $69 via this website.
